Hump support

Demister

The demister é um componente importante dentro da torre de absorção de dessulfurização e desnitrificação. Depois que o gás é tratado pela torre de absorção, ele carrega uma grande quantidade de gotículas de líquido, especialmente porque a taxa de fluxo de gás na torre de absorção continua a aumentar hoje em dia, a quantidade de gotículas de líquido transportadas pelo gás se intensificará. Se essas gotas não forem removidas, essas gotas de lama se depositarão nas superfícies do equipamento a jusante na torre de absorção e formarão escala, acelerando a corrosão do equipamento e afetando a troca de calor do reaquecedor de gás. Se o processo de descarga úmida for adotado, causará "chuva" da chaminé (emissão de líquidos, sólidos ou lama), poluindo o ambiente circundante. Portanto, um demister precisa ser instalado na saída da torre de absorção.

Tray

The bandeja é o componente principal para alcançar a troca de calor e massa entre as fases gasosa e líquida dentro de uma torre compactada. Consiste em elementos de contato gás-líquido (como válvulas flutuantes, tampas de bolha e orifícios para peneiras), bandejas receptoras, barragens de transbordamento, tubos de redistribuição de líquido e componentes de fixação de suporte. Seu princípio de trabalho é formar uma camada líquida na superfície da bandeja, e o gás passa pelos elementos de contato para se dispersar em bolhas, completando o processo de transferência de massa e transferência de calor na camada líquida. Com base em suas características estruturais, pode ser classificado em tipos como bandejas de placa de peneira, bandejas de válvula flutuante e bandejas de tampa de bolha.
