Demister

The El desempañador es un componente importante dentro de la torre de absorción de desulfurización y desnitrificación. Tray

The la bandeja es el componente central para lograr el intercambio de calor y masa entre las fases gaseosa y líquida dentro de una torre empacada. Consiste en elementos de contacto gas-líquido (como válvulas de flotación, tapas de burbujas y orificios de tamiz), bandejas receptoras, presas de desbordamiento, tuberías de redistribución de líquido y componentes de sujeción de soporte. Su principio de funcionamiento es formar una capa líquida en la superficie de la bandeja, y el gas pasa a través de los elementos de contacto para dispersarse en burbujas, completando el proceso de transferencia de masa y transferencia de calor en la capa líquida. En base a sus características estructurales, se puede clasificar en tipos como bandejas de placa de tamiz, bandejas de válvula flotante y bandejas de tapa de burbujas. En aplicaciones industriales, las bandejas de placa de tamiz ocupan una posición dominante debido a su alta eficiencia y bajo costo. Al seleccionar equipos, si el diámetro de la torre es de 700 milímetros, se usa una bandeja monolítica; si es de 800 milímetros, se usa una estructura segmentada.
