세라믹 캐스케이드 링은 Raschig 링의 특성을 통합하고 Pall 링을 개선합니다. 링의 높이 대 직경 비율은 1:2이며 한쪽 끝에 원뿔형 플랜지가 추가되어 침대를 통과하는 가스의 저항을 줄이고 플럭스를 증가시킵니다. 포장 강도가 높습니다. 구조적 특성으로 인해 가스와 액체 분포가 균일하여 가스와 액체의 접촉 면적을 늘리고 질량 전달 효율을 개선합니다. 세라믹 캐스케이드 링은 또한 링 높이가 직경과 같은 Raschig 링 패킹의 링의 높이가 감소하고 재료의 두께가 얇아지며 세라믹 캐스케이드 링의 한쪽 끝에 플랜지가 추가됩니다.
