填料陶瓷球


瓷球作为反应器内催化剂的覆盖支撑材料和塔填料。它具有耐高温高压,吸水率低,化学性能稳定的特点。能经受酸、碱及其它有机溶剂的腐蚀,并能经受生产过程中出现的温度变化。其主要作用是增加气体或液体分布点,支撑和保护强度不高的活性催化剂。瓷球分类:瓷球按用途分类可分为:填料瓷球和研磨瓷球两种。

高孔隙率:多孔瓷球具有高的孔隙率,这使其具有良好的吸附性能和催化性能。高孔隙率还增加了材料的分散性和通量,降低了体系的阻力。

优良的机械性能:多孔瓷球具有较高的抗压强度和耐磨性,可以在较恶劣环境下长期使用,并可保持其形状性能的稳定。

化学稳定性好:多孔瓷球具有良好的抗腐蚀性能,可以抵抗大多数酸、碱和有机溶剂的侵蚀。

高热稳定性:多孔瓷球具有良好的耐高温性能,可以在高温环境下保持性能稳定,适用于多种高温工艺过程。

研磨类瓷球是用于球磨机、罐形磨机、振动磨机等细粉碎设备的研磨体。研磨类瓷球具有硬度高、体积密度大、耐腐蚀等优点,其粉碎效率和耐磨损大大优于普通球石或天然鹅卵石,在陶瓷、MLCC、水泥、颜料、色浆、新能源等行业广泛应用。
